Dulce Vida

The house is beautiful and right next to the Frio river (quick 3 minute walk). It’s private, but convenient to everything in Concan. Our family of 8 adults and one child were perfectly comfortable around the dinner table, outside under the large area next to a fireplace and even in the kitchen where we made several meals. The Frio Premier Rentals folks were very kind and proactive, making entry and exit simple and convenient. Highly recommend!

We had a very good stay. It was perfect for our family. It was clean, beds comfortable and lots of room for everyone. I will say that we should have supplied our own bath soap. Things were as advertised. I recommend highly.

No complaints, we stayed for 3 nights for September dove hunt. Second time to stay, that should say it all.

This home is in the perfect location and is the ultimate entertaining home!

This house was awesome, the house had everything you needed for a perfect river vacation. The kitchen was amazing, had anything Ang everything you needed. Out door area just what you wanted after a long day on the river, we went as a large family group and never felt crowded. I would recommend this house for your next trip!

The rental was perfect!! There was plenty of room for everyone and the bedrooms were great!! The areas were open and the kitchen was large and just right. The labeling of the drawers and cabinets was an excellent touch!! The closeness to the river was handy and the house pool was very clean!! We all said we want to stay there again someday!!

We have stayed at Duce Vida for the past three ’s an excellent home and very spacious, clean and has everything you need. It is walking distance to the river which makes it perfect. Sarah is incredibly prompt in responding to questions. I highly recommend this house. Can’t wait to book for 2023

Excellent house on the Frio River. House was very clean upon arrival. Nice not to have to bring bedding and bathroom linens. Located close to Frio pond area that had plenty of water despite lowest river levels in recent history. Room were excellent as they had multiple beds in each room for kids and parents. Private pool has security fence for kid safety. Nice large patio area for outdoors lounging as kids swam and played in pool while we started morning breakfast and evening dinners. Ping pong and TV in garage area. Enjoyed two night at Garner State Park nightly dances. Overall rating - 10+ - Would highly recommend this property for a stay on the Frio!!!

Our stay was wonderful. The home was perfect for our group. The teens enjoyed all the activities available--corn hole, volleyball, ping pong, washers, swimming pool and the river access

Property was very nice. Middle bedroom downstairs bathroom shower water had a sewer odor. The back bedroom downstairs wouldn’t cool off .... Stayed warm.

The home was beautiful and clean. Great location to the river. Plenty of space! The only thing was we called and left a message for the MOD to come check on the pool as it was really cloudy and milky color. No one ever returned my call or came out. We didn't get to use the pool much because we were all concerned on the color. Other than that it was excellent!

Where to start with this experience. Everything from the booking to the stay, the customer service experience was top notch. Upon arrival, the house was super clean and was more than what we expected. The location was also superb due to the easy access to the river. We cannot wait to reserve this house for our next seasons vacation!

The accommodation not only met but exceeded our expectations. Plus we were surprised by the extra amenities that were available but not advertised such as Volleyball Table Tennis and Darts. Had something to always do. :D
