The beautiful Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club, our local golf course, is offering an incredible Stay and Play golf package through the end of April 2024, in which guests who book participating homes receive 4 free rounds of golf per day including carts for 4 people, as well as a discounted buddy rate of $65 for an additional guest (down from the normal rate of $85 online and $95 at the course). This is an incredible value that many of our guests this fall and winter have already thoroughly enjoyed!

Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club

This par 72 championship course stretches 7,333 yards features coveted Zoysia grass. It’s open to the public and is touted as a “challenging” yet “enjoyable” course by dozens of reviewers on Google and Trip Advisor, as well as many of our returning guests. The staff is described as “friendly” and they are more than willing to lend tips and tricks for succeeding at difficult holes throughout the course. The Frio Valley Ranch Cantina, the onsite restaurant/bar, features “the best burger on the Frio” according to a Google review.

As a property management company, we currently have 8 beautiful homes that have opted in for this promotion, all of which feature private pools, at least 4 bedrooms, fire pits, BBQ pit/propane grill, wi-fi, and much more! Here is a more detailed look at the participating homes:

-       Hart of the Frio: 4 BR/4.5 BA, sleeps up to 22, complete with private pool, “garage cabana” with 2nd refrigerator and 2 garage doors that open to create maximum air flow for hanging out and playing games, BBQ pit, fire pit, ping pong table, sand volleyball court, outdoor bar, wi-fi and more! 

-       Vida Loca: 5 BR, 5.5 BA, sleeps up to 26, complete with private pool, hot tub, playscape, fire pit, BBQ pit, outdoor bar, wi-fi and more! 

-       Stars on the Water: 5 BR, 5.5 BA, sleeps up to 25, complete with private pool, fire pit, BBQ pit, outdoor bar, Fubo TV, wi-fi and more! 

-       Mountain View Manor: 5 BR, 4.5 BA, sleeps up to 21, complete with private pool, hot tub, outdoor bar, fire pit, BBQ pit, wi-fi and more! 

-       Lick Skillet: 4 BR, 3.5 BA, sleeps up to 22, complete with private pool, fire pit, BBQ pit, outdoor bar, wi-fi and more! 

-       Tin Cup: 6 BR, 5.5 BA, sleeps up to 34, complete with private pool, fire pit, propane grill, outdoor bar, wi-fi and more! 

How to Book Your Golf Package

We have partnered with the golf course to make this process as seamless as possible – simply reserve your home for stay dates from now until April 30th, 2024 (excluding tournament dates of 2/24, 2/25, 3/1, 3/2 and 4/8) and we will contact you with instructions for how to book your desired tee time.
